Testing... Testing... 1... 2... 3

Wow - I just realized I still have this blog and my account is STILL active?!?

I am working on a NEW stamp room - stay tuned for pics!

2nd Sunday Club Project (March)

Here is the 2nd project we did this month - it is a hinged card.

I got the idea from the magazine that Stampin' Up sends out monthly to their demonstrators but here is a link to another blog with directions and dimensions! Click here.

Have a wonderful day!

March Sunday Club Meeting Project!

Hello!

Here is a cute box my club members made at our March meeting!
It was super easy to make :) we used Barely Banana, Baja Breeze and Basic Gray! We embossed the top with the bigshot embossing folders and made 4 little cards on the inside to write little messages! Together Forever is one of my favorite stamp sets because it is SO detailed! :) Enjoy!

I am.. still alive!!! :)

Hello Everyone, sick of my excuses yet? I know... I know... I just have been really busy and of course I have had NO camera to show you the work I have been doing! Sorry... :(

Here are two of my club cards from this month! Enjoy!

This is just a nice simple birthday card... whatever happened to SIMPLE? We used the "Stamping Off" technique... I like simple!!!

This one we practiced dying our own ribbon. You can't really tell from the picture but we used Cameo Coral, came out really cute :)

Hope to be back soon! Maybe I'll get a digital camera for Valentines Day!

Happy Valentines Day to Everyone!!!!

Happy 2009 - Ice Storm pics!

Hello Everyone! So... I have been MIA lately and I apologize!!! Things have been a little crazy out in our neck of the woods... Here is a pic of the lovely ice storm. This is looking DOWN my driveway... as you can see... the power lines were ripped right off the side of the house... and were laying right across the middle of my driveway! FUN! 9 1/2 days later PSNH did come by and fix us all up (minus the telephone line that is still hanging ... but I am NOT complaining!)

See the big tree at the bottom of the driveway? That tree is laying on top of power lines connected to the telephone pole to the right of the picture... the pole is leaning barely standing on its own... hence the reason why the wires were pulled off the house...

Here is another pic of our community...

I am posting from my Mom's today! She let me borrow her camera and her computer for a few hours.

Hope you all enjoyed the holidays!

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!

A Few Craft Fair items... Happy NOVEMBER!

Here are a few things I made at my craft fair... which seems like forever-ago now!

Peppermint Patties

Card Kits - this one was my favorite :)

And, at a dollar a piece, this is what I sold the most of - Bookmarks!

I need to go get ready for my Club meeting tomorrow - we're kicking off our Chrismas cards .... I swear, I am going through "Stampers Block" .... its going to be long day!

Thanks for stopping by :)

Craft Fair!

Sorry, my computer is not allowing me to upload any pics tonight - I <3 dial up!

Today was my VERY FIRST Craft Fair and I was thrilled with how many people said "You do beautiful work"! Yay! It was definitely a SMALL Craft Fair... only about 10 tables total in the local Fire Station ... but I had a pretty good day!

Biggest sellers - Bookmarks, Nugget Tins & Stationary Kits.

I have a bunch of potential customers and possibly a 4H group interested in my help with their scrapbooks AND I got an order :) Lots of business cards were passed out, unsure if I'll get any calls but a bunch of people said they were interested in doing a party.

How exciting!

Taking a break this weekend from Stampin. I feel like I have stamped NON STOP for 2 weeks... everynight after work, all weekend every weekend... but I am SO looking forward to doing another one... so if you hear of anything.... :) LET ME KNOW!

Talk soon.

~Jen

Under Construction!

Hello Everyone. I'll be MIA for a little while... we are having awful Satelite service right now (internet) due to the rain, we may switch back to dial up (gag me!) but its just as fast but 70.00 cheaper a month! (Satellite = robbery!)

What did I mean by "Under Construction"? Well, Mike just informed me that I am moving my stamp room BACK downstairs.. ut oh, no more hiding my messes!

I'll be back as soon as my "new room" is finished... with updated pictures Etc!

Oh, I am on vacation next week too! WOO! Lucky me :)

Sympathy Card...

Hello Everyone!

This stamp set will be available on October 1st. I am in Lynn's swap - and I chose this set for the cards I'll be giving to her. I don't want to share my card just yet (not until everyone in the swap sees it!) so I thought I would share this one with you instead!

Dear friends of mine recently lost their Dog, Sam. Unsure if any of your have heard the J&J Discount commercials on the radio but I spent many many years with Sam while working there in my teens... I think the card came out nice !

Sorry I haven't posted in a while, Mike still has not passed his Kidney Stone so its been a really LONG week... and if he doesn't pass it by Monday we have to call the Urologist.

Have a wonderful day!

~Jen

Lots and Lots of Ribbon!

Finally, the ribbon has been cut and sorted.... this was not an easy task... but it was so much fun to play with all the new Ribbon!!

Hope you all have a wonderful weekend! :) Mike and I are taking it easy, hoping this cold will go away :)
